Cheesy Bean Dip

My friend Caroline gave this Cheesy Bean Dip recipe to me years ago and I’ve made it many many times since! It’s easy and is definitely a crowd-pleaser. Warning: you will have to make multiple dips for a crowd though…it’s go so fast! Serve it up with your favorite tortilla chips. It’s perfect football food for a Saturday night…like tonight! GO DUCKS! Yes, we are #2 in the nation. Hoping for a BCS championship appearance this January. We live just 15 minutes from the stadium, but I have yet to go to a game (except a spring scrimmage). Fingers crossed that this will be the year I’ll get to go. Free tickets are gladly welcomed (somehow my husband got free tickets to 4 games last year…no, I’m not bitter) πŸ™‚

Cheesy Bean Dip

You’ll Need…

1 package cream cheese

1 can refried beans

1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Black olives

How To…

Allow cream cheese to sit out of the fridge until soft. Spread into bottom of pie dish.

Spread entire can of beans on top of the cream cheese layer.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the bean layer (this is just way too easy).

Cut up a few black olives and toss them on top.

Bake covered at 350 for 10 minutes or until hot and bubbly!
